All UK orders will be made by Royal Mail and we endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, however, please allow up to 7 business days for delivery as external factors may cause delays. Your order will be dispatched as soon as your payment has been approved and your delivery/billing address has been verified.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
At My Little Pickle we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, in the event that you wish to return or exchange an item then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
as soon as possible and explain why you are returning an item and we can assist you with your return.
We will exchange (we will only exchange for the same item in a different size, subject to availability) or refund any unused item excluding sale items, providing it is returned to us in a saleable condition, in its original, undamaged packaging, with original labels attached, with your receipt/delivery note and within 14 working days from the date you placed your order. If a free gift or promotional item was enclosed as part of your purchase then this should also be returned or the retail cost of the item will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that items are returned at the customers' expense and we recommend that your returns should be sent by recorded delivery, we will not take responsibility for goods which do not reach us.
Receiving a Refund
Refunds to you will be made within 30 days of the date of return of the item to My Little Pickle Ltd. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card.
