All UK orders will be made by Royal Mail and we endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, however, please allow up to 7 business days for delivery as external factors may cause delays. Your order will be dispatched as soon as your payment has been approved and your delivery/billing address has been verified.

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive any emails then please contact us at orders@mylittlepickle.co.uk. It may mean that there is an error in the email address you gave us or that the email is caught up in your spam or junk mailbox.

 

If your items are lost or delayed (this is out of our control so we do not take responsibility) please email us at orders@mylittlepickle.co.uk quoting your order number and we will do our best to investigate for you.

 

 

 

At My Little Pickle we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, in the event that you wish to return or exchange an item then please contact us at returns@mylittlepickle.co.uk as soon as possible and explain why you are returning an item and we can assist you with your return.

 

We will exchange (we will only exchange for the same item in a different size, subject to availability) or refund any unused item excluding sale items, providing it is returned to us in a saleable condition, in its original, undamaged packaging, with original labels attached, with your receipt/delivery note and within 14 working days from the date you placed your order. If a free gift or promotional item was enclosed as part of your purchase then this should also be returned or the retail cost of the item will be deducted from your refund.

 

Please note that items are returned at the customers' expense and we recommend that your returns should be sent by recorded delivery, we will not take responsibility for goods which do not reach us.

 

 

Refunds to you will be made within 30 days of the date of return of the item to My Little Pickle Ltd. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card.

 

 

Unfortunately, we cannot give refunds or accept returns or exchanges on any sale items.
